B38 - Continue on the other side
Location: four finger’s width out
from the spine, half way between the top and bottom of the shoulder blade,
between the 4th and 5th ribs. Direction: if you have difficulty reaching
this point lay back on a hard surface and position the tennis ball under
the active point. Apply firm deep strokes of pressure in downward direction.
The initial painful sensation will soon begin to subside. Duration: 1 min Go to the Next Step
